I just finished ABBH 1 and was starting on II. I really enjoyed the contrasting lifting (chest, back, chest, back, etc). Can Day 1 of ABBH II be done the same way so it would be flat dumbbell, rest 60 sec, seated cable row, rest 60 sec, etc and then move to decline bench, rest 60 s, bent barbell row, rest 60 s, etc?
Will this work or would I just be ruining a good program? Thanks.
