ABBH II Question

I just finished ABBH 1 and was starting on II. I really enjoyed the contrasting lifting (chest, back, chest, back, etc). Can Day 1 of ABBH II be done the same way so it would be flat dumbbell, rest 60 sec, seated cable row, rest 60 sec, etc and then move to decline bench, rest 60 s, bent barbell row, rest 60 s, etc?

Will this work or would I just be ruining a good program? Thanks.

Follow it as written. As the second upper body workout has you doing it just like that. Also, you will notice that for the second three-week cycle, you will be doing exactly that (flat, rows, decline, etc.) once the parameters are switched around.
