ABBH I Question


I'm about to enter my third week of this program, and with that I'm about a week away from switching the movement patterns and reps up. My question is whether or not I need to retest my 1RM to determine the proper load for each exercise.

Or do I just use my 1RM that I have been using for the first three weeks of this program.
