ABBH I Need Advice

Hi, started abbh 1 on monday and needed some advice. I dont have anywhere to do dips, or any kind of pull up or pulldown equipment as i workout at home. I plan to substitute dips with decline dumbell bench presses, but what can I substitute chin ups with? Thanks for your time, Adam.

Dips - use a bench and two chairs: feet on the bench, hands on the chairs shoulder width apart.

chin-ups - any bar/beam at least 5ft off the ground should work

Substituting for chins will be difficult. If you can’t find anything in your area to hang off. I would do a variation of row, maybe underhand BB rows.

I strongly suggest buying one of those $20 chinup bars that mount in the doorway.
