ABBH calls for 5 sets of 10 chin ups. However, I weigh 170, and the most I can chin is 240 lbs total (170 BW + 70 lb in plates). Can I sub in lat pulldowns with a supinated grip, in which case what weight would I use? Also, could I sub in squats for deadlifts and power cleans for seated calf raise or would that be too intensive on my CNS?
