Would you recommend after a weight session on the ABBH program to maybe do a 10 minute HIIT session similar set up to the 10x3 for fat loss.
Depends on your goals. ABBH is not typically a weight loss routine, so it probably doesn’t matter when you do it. I think a 10 min HIIT session after any workout is fine to do, as long as your eating enough to support the extra work, or not if that is your goal.
I guess maybe something like 10x3 for fat loss would probably be a better choice for losing some fat.
Maybe I will just give that a shot.
