ABBH 2 Question

Hi everyone…Has anyone been doing the ABBH 2 workout? In the ABBH 1 version,
the progressions were very clear; either add reps or add weight each week… In ABBH 2,it says to switch movement planes after 3 weeks which I understand, but there are no details about how to progress each week…
Sure would like to hear some opinions about this. Thanx
