abbh 2 day 5!

this is my first week of abbh 2. I just finished the first parameters prescribed
for upper body day 5. It was to say the least, one of the best upper body workouts ive ever done! I stretched my shirt out like two sizes! well maybe not that much but you get the point. CW you know how to achieve results! thanks,

Yes, Day 5 is pretty brutal. I’m sure many others will be cussing me during that day of the week.
