I plan on starting the ABBH 1 on Monday and want to make sure I understand the layout of each day correctly. Can someone let me know if the below is correct to start? I know the reps change later in the cycle.
Monday:
flat bench press 10x3
rowing 10x3
Wednesday:
Front Squat 5x10
abs 5x10
st calf 5x10
Friday:
Dips 5x10
Chinds 5x10
Sunday
Deadlift 10x3
abs 10x3
sea calf 10x3
