Ab Workout Opinion

Hey guys im new here and was just wondering what people think of the ab workout program changes and advice would be appreciated

Crunches (weighted) x4 sets of 12-15 reps.
Leg raises (weighted) x4 sets of 15-20 reps.
renegade rows x4 sets of 6-10 reps per side.
I plan to go back and forth every other week with this workout

2mins right side plank
2mins left side plank
20s rest
2mins regular plank
45s rest
2mins exercise ball plank

Do what gives you results. Peoples abs sometimes respond differently.

I personally have been doing legendary abs(there’s a pdf online) and have been seeing results.

how often are you going to train your abs and what’s the rest of your split look like

the point I want to make is that it probably isn’t too smart to burn your abs out before you get to the big lifts for the week
