A big thanks to the guys who replied to my question about doing the Escalating Density Training properly. Appreciated the feedback. One more quick question. I need to do a fair bit of ab work, and it appears that EDT incorporates some but not a lot of ab work. Can I supplement extra ab work with EDT? If so, can anybody recommend a good ab program? (Or, is the ab work included in EDT sufficient?) Thanks again for anybody’s feedback.
How about some vaccuum work on off-days?
When you say you need ab-work do you mean you have weak unconditioned abs, or are you saying you desire increased hypertrophy in your abdominal muscles?
