Ab Wheel Technique

Can anyone explain body positioning and movement for the ab wheel? I think I’ve got the hang of it but I tend to feel more in the shoulders than the abs. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try to keep a straight line from your hands to your hips. Do all the bending at the hips.

the only points of contact you should have with the floor are your knees and the ab wheel. You can use a barbell too

I feel like I get more from the barbell than the wheel. Could just be that I do the barbell less frequently, though.
