Hey im looking to incorporate some ab training after my workouts. I do realize compound exercises like squats and deadlifts are best for abs but i also want to add this into my training program. If anyone has any simple and good program they could outline that would be awesome. I did look for articles but most of them include some very weird exercises, i dont doubt they work i just would like something a little simpler.
