I have 2 questions. One being what are some good exercises to increase the size of your abdominals. I know the key to a six pack is fat loss. But how do you increase the size of them. and question two is is there negatives to working out before bed. For example going to the gym in the morning and then at night say two hours before bed doing some pushups or crunches. Is there a negative to that ? and/or any positives ?
