Ab Pain/Soreness After OL Movements

Over the past 4 - 6 weeks my clean pulls to sternum and belt buckle have got very much stronger from 120kg to 180kg to belly button and just short of 150kg to sternum.

I forgot my belt at the gym , so I want back to get and decided to have another short workout.
I warmed then decided to do some chin ups, I got to the top of the chin up and then had a searing pain in my abs. It went away quickly though. I did broad jumps in sets of 5 early in the day as well as clean pulls to belly button and clean high pulls to sternum.

Do you guys ever experience ab pain like this after lifting?


I get a soreness from ab roll outs if I haven’t done them in weeks though…
