Not just sit-ups, but all other conventional ab exercises. I was just wondering if it was better for your abs than those stated above?
Pulldown abs on a weight stack, what cable flyes or pushdowns or pulldowns are done on. This and other weighted ab stuff is better than any ab lounge.
I’m more concerned with why you are so concerned with this.
I never work my abs as my other lifts work them indirectly plenty. If you incorporate compound exercises into your program you will not need to do any direct ab work. If you are just trying to get your 6-pack to show… then eat clean and lose some BF.
