I’m beginning your Muscle Mass Blueprint program next week. I want to use the abs add-on in tandem but phase 1 of MMB already has a day with ab work.
Ignore the ab add-on for that day and do the ab work from the MMB program?
Ignore the ab work from MMB and replace it with the ab add-on? This is my guess
You don’t recommend the ab add-on for this program (I already own the ab add-on)
