Been a long ass while! Guess college life bangs you up! I’ve been lifting but not posting. So far so good, did PUSH today.

Got 65lbs OHPx6 (4 sets) for good slight pause reps.
BENCH! FUCK YES! I destroyed the last plauetu and got 110x3x5 today!
4x12 lateral raise
2x6 45lbs DB chest press
1x10 paused 35lb DB chest press
3x12 pushdown
3x12 extension
