A Whole Training Year

I’ve asked various Prime Timers this question, now I want to find out what you guys are doing:

How do you structure an entire year’s worth of training? What kind of periodization do you follow? Do you establish a plan ahead of time, or do you randomly select a routine each time? Do you stay with the same split all year long and just switch set/rep schemes, or is that one of your main variables?

I’m curious as to what everyone else is doing.

I just pick whatever workout I want and do it. In one year, I do hypertrophy training from Dec to Jun, diet programs from July to Sep and strength training from Sep to Nov.

I have around one more month to bulk-up before I diet down for the beach. :wink:
