It's a great day for T-Nation!
My first serious client: a 25 year old man of Hong Kong decent, 5'2", weighing in at 90 lbs in mid-December, today broke 100 lbs and is deadlifting bodyweight for 6 reps. An 11% increase in bodyweight and strength in every lift has more than doubled!
How did this happen in two months? By applying concepts of conjugate training, undulating periodization, and nutrient timing introduced to me via T-Nation.
