Would anyone else love it if T-Nation would have maybe a bi-weekly (or something) video series?
My personal suggestion would be a “Beast Training” from Thibs (I’m saying this even though I’m following a Waterbury approach now, but I find Thibs exercise selection/ordering more interesting than what Waterbury usually gives out).
