A Solid Program to Maintain Strength

…and maybe even build some muscle.

I am carb cycling for the next few months (5 low, 2 medium, one high) and am looking for a solid lifting program. I just finished the 5/3/1 and now want something different. I am not eating enough calories to gain a ton of muscle but something fun and solid should do.

I like to lift 3x per week
Recommendations???
