A Skinny Weak Dudes Q

Hi. Im 182cm and 70kg and started traning deadlifts (i had no experience with heavy weights at all and I was very careful). Pretty quickly I was pulling 140kg and I didn’t know anything about doing “support excercises” i just gradually started adding more weight to the bar. Now here’s the dumb question, is that like, any good?

More weight is always good.
