Hi everyone. I was wondering if I could get help planning a very simple diet and workout plan for cutting for the next 3 months. I have been working out at the gym for a good 2 years on and off but would still consider myself a beginner. I was thinking of something along the lines of 6 meals a day and working out 4 times a week focusing primarily on compound exercises such as bench press, pull ups, dips, squats, and deadlifts. I enjoy complexes and cardio also. Also what supplementation would be best for keeping it simple. I was thinking whey protein, fish oil, olive oil, flax seed oil and green tea. Also eliminating alcohol, it will be difficult for a student but I am a senior and have had a plenty of college fun the past few years
