28 to 11% is outstanding! You should post before pics

Haha GetSwole, I was about to write that like 2h ago before I went to the gym… but I refrained. Hope he means his training cycle, but then again: Why would you end a training cycle?

Don’t worry about the rating and congrats on the weight loss. To answer your original question, no I don’t think you’re going to be picked in the Physique Clinic. You’re not fat in need of weight loss, and you’re not skinny in need of weight gain. You might need plastic surgery eventually if your midsection doesn’t tighten back up. Your belly button area looks saggy.

not a cycle just trying to gain muscle, my bad on the word useage

As of the time of this post you were fully intending on using AAS. Do you think people don’t remember you?

this post was before the AAS posts

Would Testosterone Nation accept a 65 yr olde diabetic into the Transformation Clinic?

And there is no way you are 11% BF.

I’m leaner than you and I am barely 11%, that’s assuming my self measurements were correct. There’s no way I’m less than that.

I was curious on how to get into the transformation clinic also. Weigh in at 230, 69" tall, not in shape at all, I weighed 230, went to Basic Training, left at 170, now I’m back at 230, just a lardass. Been reading about the V-Diet, been thinking about taking a shot at that. Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. They won’t let me go back to Basic again. Any help would be great.

11% bodyfat? In your dreams tubby.

11 squared maybe…

Why does he have a rating without pics of legs?
