About 2 months ago, I posted a message up here about my blown out shoulder. I just wanted to let everyone know that if you have any problems with any joints, Active Release Therapy (ART) is the way to go. I was about to go under the knife for my left shoulder in August. Before I went, I checked out a website called www.activerelease.com. I started recieving therapy from an ART specialist and within 2 visits, I was lifting again. And now, I’m lifting heavy again–it only took 6 weeks of excercises and 4 visits of actual in-office therapy. My bench is back to 300lbs, and I’m putting my muscle mass/weight back on. So, like I said, if your joints are getting in the way of your lifting, check it out!
