Just thought I’d share a prowler routine some of us at my gym have been doing this past week and it’s pretty damn tough if your looking for a new challenge and love doing prowler/sled work like I do.
Here it is… use a 90 lb load on the sled
push fast
Then complete the following…
1-150 yd sprint rest 90sec
2-100 yd sprints rest 60sec between ea
4-50 yd sprints rest 30sec between ea
6-25 yd sprints rest 15sec between ea
That’s it ! Give it a go and see how ya make out !
