A Prowler Challenge

Just thought I’d share a prowler routine some of us at my gym have been doing this past week and it’s pretty damn tough if your looking for a new challenge and love doing prowler/sled work like I do.

Here it is… use a 90 lb load on the sled
push fast

Then complete the following…

           1-150 yd sprint   rest 90sec 
           2-100 yd sprints  rest 60sec between ea
           4-50  yd sprints  rest 30sec between ea
           6-25  yd sprints  rest 15sec between ea 

That’s it ! Give it a go and see how ya make out !

All joking aside, we routinely do the suicide challenge. Load sled with 140 lbs. 3 cones at 10, 20, and 30yrds. Perform one suicide in under 60 sec. High bar to first cone then low bar back. High bar to 2nd cone then low bar back, etc.

Try this one:

Load up 8 plates and mark distances of 10 yards, 20 yards, 30 yards, 40 yards.

Push with 8 plates to 10 yards and back, take off 2 plates.
Push with 6 plates to 20 yards and back, take off 2 plates.
Push with 4 plates to 30 yards and back, take off 2 plates.
Finally with just 2 plates left you push to 40 and back if your legs still work.

I will write this workout down and give it s shot. I just got a prowler last week its awesome but im easing into it, lol, if thats possible.
