I’m looking for someone near Calabash to train with while I’m here (till June).
My reg stats are:
5’8 215
Bench- 340
Squat- 525
DL- 550
It’s been 5 weeks since I have been able to lift and am somewhere around 190 right now with definite strength loss. I bulk easily though and will be ready to roll high speed again after 1-2 weeks.
