A of W- Hell of a Program

hey fellas, i just started my first week of Art of Waterbury after a two week break and GODDAMN i am fucking sore. I weigh about 200 lbs and get right around 200g/protein a day, i even do the double dose of Surge and this program kicks your ass! friday was what did me in pretty damn good. i DEFINITELY expect to see some good gains through the next few weeks. any of you guys have damn good results doin this one?
