A Nice Set of Bags

I tend to do a bit of traveling and I’m looking for a quality luggage set that really sticks out either by look or feature from anything you can find at the mall. Anybody have or hear of anything cool out there in the luggage world?

Timbuk2 just released their “travel” line, which i’m jocking. I really want their Arnold bag to be rereleased cuz I just tore through my UnderArmour Gym bag in like 2 mos…

I have a couple of their messengers, they quality and customer service is top notch!

and thanks a ton this is actually what im looking for. nice bags.

Go to an army surplus store and look for a police bag. I have one and it’s great.

First you have to decide what kind of travel you do. Backpacking through Europe? Salesman? That determines how much luggage you will have. Are you going to have a ton of stuff? That pretty much limits you to a suitcase.

If not, then you ave more choices. You also have to look at whether or not you will have a ‘home base’ in your travels. If you do, then you can have perhaps one big bag and one small or medium bag. If not, then you might have to stick to one medium bag.

Last, you decide how you want to carry it. Are you one of those MFers that rolls a huge ass suitcase behind you, running over people’s feet, blocking walkways, and generally being a nuisance? Do people mistake you for a snail: everything on your back? Do you switch between carrying on your back and holding in your hand?

Here’s my favorite bag:

You can carry it like a regular duffel, you can backpack it, heck, you could drag it on the ground behind you. It’s pretty damn durable. Plus it’s water resistant, and it’ll hold bodies up to roughly 5’2" 115lbs.

I also do a bit of traveling. I have a few of the hard samsonite suitcases. But this is what I am looking at getting for some of my short trips I take:
