#1

please tell me what you think of my version of gvt. i have completed the Charles Poliquin version -2 years ago. my body seems to respond fast and best to high volume workouts. i would like to experiment with the gvt outline and use some diffirent compound movements like deadlifts and perhaps even some cleans i also am intersted in mixing in some vince gironda's 8 sets of 8. here is a sample of a routine i put together that i am considering. tell me what you think.

day 1 back and legs
a. snatch deadlifts 10 sets of 6
a1.leg curls 10 sets of 6 (90 second rest intervals for super sets)

c. close grip chin ups 4 sets of to near failure 45 second rest interavls

day 2 chest and abs
a. dips 8 sets of 8 with 45 second rest intervals
b. incline dumbells 8 sets of 8 reps with 45 second rest intervals
