What sticks out to me is that you are basing your cycle on what is available. That to me is a big mistake. Never base your cycle on what is available. always base your cycle on what is best for you, not what is the most easily attainable. Wait until you can gather everything you need once you have determined what is best for you.
That being said, Sust and Deca is a fairly common stack. Sust or test enanthate and eq probably is a better one. I am fairly certain that no one one this board (or anywhere for that matter) would condone a deca only cycle.
Keep looking at your options. Patience is key.
Sustanon and Deca is a classic cycle.
It’s just my personal opinion, but I would not run a 19-nor without test.
Test is King in my book.
If you are doing the cycle I would go with everything. 2 x 10cc bottles of both. Run it for at least 12 weeks.

W 2-13 Test 400mg/w
W 1-12 Deca 400mg/w
W 15 Start Post Cycle Therapy
That or run test only at 400mg/w for 12 weeks.
With either option you should probably also either use nolva or adex during cycle for the estrogen increase.
