The same old arguments rear their heads again and again on this and many other iron game forums. The most prominent of these differences of opinion is the battle between high intensity low volume workouts as opposed to low intensity high volume workouts. Has anyone ever bridged the gap as it were and done a workout incorporating the two strands? I mean what if a person was to work a bodypart with Dorian Yates style intensity for six to eight weeks while at the same time using a much lower inensity approach and avoiding failure training for all his other body parts? And maybe rotate the body parts after the six to eight weeks if desired? If nothing else then an individual trainee would be able in a few short months to ascertain which approach suited him and his recovery abilities better. Just a thought.
