Hi guys, just started TRT about a week ago and want to avoid possible side effects instead of waiting to see if I get them. I am in between A-HD which is basically a non prescription form of arimidex that you can get at GNC, vitamin shop etc., or DIM. So I am basically wondering which would be a better route, aromatase inhibition via the A-HD or stopping the estrogens from forming into “bad estrogens” (such as estradiol) via the DIM. Don’t fix what you can’t measure.
DIM worked for me when I had a raging case of Flintstone feet from T cream, so it must be good. Breast-D in the women’s section has the most of the good stuff.
