I was wondering if anybody knows any good websites with stretches and if any recomends any particular stretching regimen. Also should stretching be done before or after a workout?.

On an entirely unrelated note it is very refreshing to see you correctly use the word "regimen". I don't where it got started, but everybody seems to prefer "regime" instead which is what Sadaam Hussein's government was and has nothing to with a training program.
