im nothing even close to a body builder and i dont ever plan on being one. but i do need to add some more muscle to my frame. im 6'4" at about 195lbs, and im 18 years old. im in college on scholarship as a yell leader. i know that most of you probly think im a fag for it but its a good way to pay for school. problem is that it takes alot more strength to do the stunts than i currently have. so any suggestions would be helpful.
