Hey guys was wondering what are some good routines to follow up after doing Madcow strength program?
I really wanna go for muscle hypertrophy but open to other suggestions i m done with strength programs and want to switch it up to something else.

Good thread, decide for yourself based on what you prefer.
Personally, I really like Big Beyond Belief III.
i guess it doesn’t matter i don’t really have any time constraints where i can workout 3x of 4x i can go everday if i wanted to.
