15 minute jog around the track.

Dead-Lift:

S4=240x6

Pull-Ups:

BWx7
BWx6
BWx5

Pull-Down:

S1=100x12
S2=100x9

DB Bend-Over-Row:

S1=40x12
S2=45x12
S3=55x7

10 minute jog around the track

5 minutes of foam rolling for the first time in my life :-).

Bench Press:

S1=120x7
S2=120x6
S3=120x7

DB overhead tricep press:
S1=45x8
S2=45x6
S3=45x7

Close-Grip-Bench:

S1=80x11
S2=80x9
S3=80x7

Decline Bench Press:

S1=100x5
S2=100x5
S3=100x6

Dead-Lift:

S3=235x5(felt 240 was a little to heavy so took alittle weight off)
S4=235x5
S5=240x5(kept the bar closer to my chins which made 240 feel pretty good again)

Squat:(this is embarrassing)

FINALLY GOT TO 300LBS ON THE DEAD-LIFT. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME USING STRAPS AND I GUESS THEY DO HELP ALOT.

I was really happy about my dead-lift this session. I was also Spiked and didn’t want to stop. Spike IS AWESOME!
