Today I started the Waterbury Method. Great change of pace.

  1. Squat 125 10x3
    2a) Dips w/ additional 8 lbs 6/6/6/4
    2b) Bent over BB Rows 95 4x6
    3a) Skullcrushers 45 4x6
    3b) EZ Curls 45 4x6
  2. Hanging Leg Raises 4x6

Great workout today.

Looks good. I did the Waterbury Method (real fun program) a few months ago after really exploring T-Nation (I’m a newb basically), and had about 10 lb gains although I wasn’t eating too clean. Hope it goes well for you, I’ll be following.
