A sincere thank-you to Luke, and an expression of deepest regret to his family for their loss. As a father of four sons, I hope the time never comes when they will be asked to offer the ultimate sacrifice, but if it ever does, I would hope they would step-up as courageously and honorably as Luke.
People like Luke are the pillars of freedom worldwide. I’m truly thankfull for America’s warriors. They keep all of us free;liberals, conservatives, homo’s, hetero’s, black, white, yellow, it doesn’t matter.
I think about their sacrifices every day, especially when I lower the flag in front of the fire staion.
Thank God for people like Luke!
To the generous mind the heaviest debt is that of gratitude, when it is not in our power to repay it.

We are forever indebted to Luke, and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
My utmost respect and appreciation go out to all the soldiers who are serving our country. God bless all of you.

May he rest in peace, having done his job to the utmost.
Thanks to him, and to his family for raising him. May God help them find their peace as well.
Thanks, Luke.

And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
Revelation 21:3-4[/quote]
Rest in peace, Luke.

“These are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.” – Thomas Paine
Thank you brother. May your next adventure be grand indeed.
Thank you for making the ultimate sacrifice. We are all in your debt. Heartbreaking.
That really puts all the pissing and moaning that goes on around here into perspective.
Rest in Peace.
