I have most of his dvds, yeah he seems like the nicest guy ever and he’s fucking enormous even on the Mr.O stage, just unsymetrical and flat tri’s compared to the rest of him. His wife is jacked too and they train together.
Marcus Ruhl is such a beast. He’s just massive. The front lat spread at 1:19 makes it look like his traps are going to pass his ears.

I cant get over the development of Dillets calves! The size and separation between the gastroc and soleus and the development of his peroneals is just unreal. I never really noticed it before because the attention was always on his crazy chest vascularity.
On the second video check out Dillets right calf at 3.32 - 3.37, it’s unreal! Now compare it to Bob Chic’s calves from the same angle…BOOM!
