A Diet for an AM Trainer?

I generally train at 6 AM, am 180 lbs, 6'1", 20 years old, about 13-14% BF, and my goal is to do a clean bulk.

I've never really followed a structured diet program for more than a week and would like to start now, its probably what's holding me back. Could someone recommend some sample meals throughout the day? Thanks.
