I know i look like total crap! but i have come a long way weight wise! I am hoping to get some feedback from you guys and give me some pointers and stuff!

You’ve come a long ways… Where did you start and what did you do to get to where you are now? What kind of training? What is your intake?

what are you doing for cardio?

I think you need to change your goals. Coming a long ways “weight wise” when your love handles are wider than your lats is not a good thing.

It’s obvious that your diet needs lots of work if you are putting on that much fat but have no muscle that I can really see.

You need to work on slowly adjusting your body composition through a better diet before you consider “bulking” again.

Maybe he was losing weight? There’s really no indication.

I sometimes think people on here can be a bit harsh, but seriously, what purpose is served by uploading your photos?

You acknowledge that you don’t look very good, so it’s not as though you want to show off your results. You want feedback, but since you haven’t yet developed much of a physique (irrespective of how far you may have come) there isn’t much specialised feedback or advice anyone can provide.

Instead, you need to increase the amount of muscle you have and decrease the amount of body fat you have. To learn how to do this you read and listen, you don’t post photos.

well i started out wearing about a size 38 pants and now im in a size 32. and all i did to lose was lift weights doing 4 sets of 8 - 10 on everything and doing cardio everyday for 35 mins alternating the treadmill and the elliptical. For the past 3 months or so i have been working on building mass and stopped doing cardio for almost 6 months now. and i am eating 4 times a day, breakfast is 3 or 4 eggs with cheese, salsa, and sausage in a tortilla, lunch is usually buffalo chicken from tyson (microwavable), snack is almonds and peanut butter, and dinner is fish, steak, or chicken with a vegetable.

so do i need to be doing cardio for weight loss or how should i be lifting weights? like 4 sets of 8 - 10? or do more reps? or do less reps? cause i want to freakin get rid of my fat but even while doing cardio my freakin love handles never went away…

Did you read any articles on this site prior to being a member?? Start reading them… You will gain so much knowledge, and will help you with your goals.

actually i weighed myself 3 days prior to posting this and i am 210 now but my bf is 19.4 % but i have a lot of muscle underneath. my chest, legs, and calves are solid but i just dont have any definition.
