A couple questions

I have a few questions that I’m sure some of you can answer. Ok, I want to start trying to gain mass while I’m in the middle of hockey season, on top of school and work. I just want to do to the main lifts like deads, squats, bench, and maybe something like power cleans.
Anyone know what an effective rep range I should do for these and number of sets?
I want to use creatine too but I’m very unsure of what the best kind would be to buy, I’m thinking of getting Ribose-c but what are some other ones that you guys would recommend? Thanks.
