A Change in Lifting

Right now Im sick with the stomach flue. Sadly I wont be able to lift or do MMA training on Friday. My goals for lifting are increased strength for MMA, cut my rest time, increased reps but I’ve thinking about adding body weight exercises too, but havent thought how. On fridays an hour after my lift i train in boxing and submission wresting for about 1hr 30 min. more focusing on sparring.
