about a year. wish i had it when i started, oh the potential! play around with the assistance to find what works best, but if youre a relative beginner, i would recomend BBB as it allows lots of form practise. like that book that said 10,000hrs was the optimum time to get good at something.

Dude, there’s enough stereotypes on this site, towards english people already! lol. Good work on the squats mate.

least i wasnt wearing my monocle!
recent stuff - new years eve, still coughing from a chest infection, i pulled 200kg easy (and locked it out for 5 secs shouting ‘look at me!’ to everyone in the gym.
-doing weighted dips now after getting BW x20

ANYWAY time for the new years resolutions! - dont be a fatass. since my activity levels have seriously dropped from september due to no landscaping work, i am now FAT and UNCONDITIONED.
my new years resolution is not to be.

yesterday 5/5/R ohp 67.5x7 - not bad after a break,
dips 5x5 +15kg
BBrows 195kg
KB snatches - 50 each hand in 8 mins + jog round block

conditioning goal i am setting is to achieve a decent 1 mile time by April, maybe 7mins - is that good?
