Andrew Darqui is one of the geniuses in the world of strength training who has confirmed the effectiveness of my ideas. The experiences that he has described in that article are almost exactly what I have experienced too!! There are times when even though I feel weak, my squat just goes up... which just happened today (6,19,2009).
This right here is REAL STRENGTH TRAINING! If your coach (or yourself) ever tells you that squatting twice a week will overtrain you, you have to abandon your coach (or in other cases, you should just kill yourself.).
