A Better Power Jerk?

I’m starting to use the power jerk, instead of the split jerk…here’s a short video with an accessible weight (100 kg).I’ve been told to receive in a deeper position and not open my legs too much. Any advice?

-Work on your mobility with 40-60kg and build up in to a deeper receive position.
-You can do power jerk lock outs. Set the squat rack/ pins at the hight you want to receive the bar. Go a bit lower and then get under it and squat it up with the weight over your head
-Mobility with shoulders, hips and your spine are crucial to make a deeper power jerk work.
