since October I have had a net gain of 9lbs, my waist is the same size, chest and arms are 2% larger, thighs are about 5% larger, calves have gotten about 1.5% smaller. I’ve tried to keep track of my body fat but was getting very erattic measurements from caliper measurements from my gym so I gave that up. With these numbers I think I would say I have lost some fat and put on a good amount of muscle. I feel great and look better than ever. I have learned a ton from T-mag about training and diet and just wanted to say thanks to everyone.
