Hey CT, i'm using your 915 program, i'm in week 6. I was wondering after i'm done with it what should i do. I know you said to go back to my old way of training..but i was thinking of taking few days without training just to recover because i feel tired. So do you think will some kind of few days of pause affect my new maxes or should i just get deload?
Taking a few days off after a hard peaking cycle is perfectly fine. In fact if you start to feel run down during the program, feel free to insert more rest days.
