I have been running the 915 program (on week 8) and I have two questions.
- After peak weak would it be a good idea to do the first three weeks of Meadow's Reactive Pump program?
- My squat and deadlift numbers are looking good (for me anyway) and progressing. However, my bench press and power clean numbers are not looking so good and not progressing as well. There's a possibility that I overshot my 100%. For my next round should I choose a training max that is less that my "3 second grinder, thank goodness I have life insurance rep"? If so, how much less?
